Ryan has worked in the landscape industry for over a decade and currently serve as the Operations Manager for Coastal Evergreen, where I oversee daily operations, team coordination, and service quality. Throughout my career, I’ve focused on building efficient systems, supporting field crews, and delivering reliable landscape services to our clients. For the past four years, I have actively engaged with the California Landscape Contractors Association (CLCA), valuing the opportunity to connect with industry peers, stay current on best practices, and contribute to the landscape industry’s continued growth.
Coastal Evergreen is a family-owned cornerstone of the Santa Cruz landscaping community, bringing over 40 years of expertise to every project we touch. Based in Scotts Valley, we proudly serve Santa Cruz, Monterey, and Santa Clara Counties with a comprehensive suite of services, from commercial maintenance to landscape design and installation. Our deep roots in the region are matched by our commitment to excellence, evidenced by multiple prestigious awards from the California Landscape Contractors Association (CLCA).

CLCA Central Coast Chapter
We are a non-profit trade organization of state-licensed landscape and landscape-related limited specialty contractors.
CLCA's membership, which totals approximately 900 individuals statewide, includes suppliers to contractors, landscape architects, educators, public officials and students.
The Central Coast Chapter was founded in 1973 and currently includes 105 members in Monterey, Santa Cruz, San Benito and Santa Clara counties.
